At the height of the pandemic, Cox Communications knew how important it was, then more than ever, to be connected during those difficult times. Their efforts to make it easier for everyone to have strong and reliable internet connection included increasing customer bandwidth, suspending user overage fees and opening up all of their outdoor hotspots.

But they also wanted to create a simple reminder of what it takes to keep us together: a simple "Hi". This spot, created with user generated content, shows people coming together despite having to be physically apart, and serves as an invitation to everyone to stay connected and show their loved ones how much they care.
